The bathroom wasn't clean and the shower didn't operate properly flooding the bathtub as you showered.

This place is a great spot for exploring and sightseeing, with friendly and helpful staff.

We had a real good stay on our road trip.

There were central heating, a flat-screen TV and a microwave oven in the room, loved that. It had a bathtub in the best bathroom.

Newly renovated hotel in Council Bluffs with very amiable staff. Perfect and magnificent location, convenient to everything. Not far from the Old Market, Harrah's, and the airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast in the morning was great!! The bathrooms were a good size which made getting ready with young children easier and the beds were very comfortable.

I knew the hot tub was down for remodeling but when we jumped in the indoor pool it was freezing!!! Indoor pools should not be cold. That took a lot of fun out of the trip knowing that it wasn't any fun to swim when we got back to the motel.

We really enjoyed our stay in a pet-friendly room here that had everything we needed, including an ashtray, bathtub, and bathroom.

Fairly clean, old-fashioned hotel with favourable and excellent location to everything ariund. Outstandingly accommodating, amazingly nice staff towards all guests. Breakfast with potatoes, sausage.

The property was clean and the room was great-sized. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the air conditioner ran quietly. The service was absolutely friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent, and the shuttle to the old market was a big plus. Also, the Golden Spike Monument was only 3 miles away. The food was good, and overall, I have nothing but very good memories from this trip.

The location to the Omaha Zoo was very convenient and the motel provided a shuttle to take you to the zoo and any other place we wanted and this is a plus when in an unfamiliar city.

Rooms are currently being renovated, featuring cozy beds and equipped with bathtubs 🛁. Additionally, this place enjoys a great location close to Iowa and California, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, the zoo, and casinos. Moreover, there is a parking area available for trucks to stay overnight.

The pool was nice

The key cards didn't work, we ended up with 6 of them. The hot tub was closed, which looked like it had been closed for a very long time. The hallways were hot and smelled like smoke. No elevators. Not enough towels at pool. Housekeeping spoke no English & therefore couldn't help even getting to an ice machine. The repairs of the restrooms by front desk made you walk around looking for another. The staff was there, but not out of the way friendly. My son's restroom in his room smelled like sewage. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We take many long weekend trips and will not stay in Best Western again.

Friendly and attentive staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located near a truck stop, making it easy for travelers. 🌟

We all loved the pool - the pool area was warm and clean with plenty of clean towels available. My husband and I loved that the fitness area was clean and cool with great equipment (could use some free weights but there isn't a lot of room). The beds were comfy and the air conditioner worked well - and we were happy that there was a refrigerator to use.

While the complimentary breakfast offered a lot of variety and for the most part was excellent - we were not fond of the scrambled eggs which lacked taste and color - almost tasted like powdered eggs! Also, everyone loves waffles (you get to make your own) but there's only one machine so everyone had to wait in line quite a bit - 3 minutes per waffle which in a line of 10 people or so gets to be a long wait - can you afford another waffle maker?
